Description
Nike’s Global Controlling Operations (GCO) organization provides transactional support via a shared delivery model to stakeholders throughout the world. Our mission is to exceed the efficiency and accuracy expectations of our internal clients by leveraging our process execution and innovative technology expertise.

Nike is currently undergoing a major and transformative implementation of a cutting-edge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As this technology will be disruptive to our current business processes, GCO needs a strong team to ensure shared services is represented in the requirements and design of the new system and resulting processes, allowing Nike to enable the most efficient and scalable operating model possible in the future. As we build out the team, we are looking for an experienced leader to own the manage shared services process and integrate seamlessly with the ERP project teams and process leads. Critical to our success, this capability will enable us to deliver against key elements of our priorities.

The Director, Shared Services Process Lead will be multi-talented, specifically providing critical support in:
Providing a globalized shared services viewpoint across the distinct process leads for the ERP project
Developing a cross-functional engagement framework with global leadership and stakeholders throughout GCO
Leading the implementation of shared services solutions required as part of the ERP implementation

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technology implementations and shared services acumen. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can be a part of furthering a critical capability for a Fortune 500 multinational company.

QualificationsMinimum Preferred - 10+ years relevant experience - which includes 3-5 years in shared services operations/deployments, 3-5 years of technology implementation and 8+ years with a multinational consumer products company.
SAP experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks with leadership team.
Ability to influence senior management to make decisions that further the objectives of the department in line with Nike’s priorities.
Strong technology background, specifically in relation to implementation lifecycles.
MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Customer service and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
Deep operational process subject matter and expertise.
Consistent attention to detail.
Process optimization background (LEAN, Six Sigma) preferred.
