The Demand Supply Management team needs a strong Epic Lead / Agile Program Manager to be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands. As the Epic Lead you will:

Plan and manage a portfolio epic, driving key cross functional / product connection points and championing Demand Supply Management processes and standards 
Navigate, negotiate with and influence cross-functional capability teams to deliver within desired scope and timeframe
Work with Portfolio and Solution leadership to support effective budget and cost management. 
Understand and implement agile program management practices in alignment with the DSM framework
Support a culture of team empowerment, engagement and successful self-managing teams, looking for opportunities to enable team level decision making within the epic delivery
Look for areas of improvement and take initiative to drive continuous improvement in epic delivery within the Demand Supply Management PMO
Support reporting/metrics for Program Portfolio Management

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field. MBA preferred.
7-10 years’ experience leading and managing large-scale programs; should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in a functional role.
SAFe 4.0 certified (preferred)
Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and program execution
Solid understanding of application and execution of program/ train metrics and KPI’s
Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
Demonstration of strong influencing skills
