As a Senior Manager of Strategy & Portfolio for North America Supply Chain Innovation, you will have an exceptional opportunity to work closely with NASC senior leadership, program leaders and functional leaders in planning, customer service, logistics and retail. You will:
Drive the annual strategic planning activities, thereby impacting our high visibility long term strategy and supply chain capability roadmap.
Collaborate with across teams and an extended virtual network to define, prioritize and sequence near-term and long-range NASC initiatives. 
Develop high-impact presentations to communicate the strategic plan, roadmap and initiatives to the broader NASC organization. 
Strengthen the linkage between innovation, strategy, portfolio management and performance management.

You will use your strong leadership and communication skills and ability to influence and build consensus across multiple stakeholders to create a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing strategy network. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field 
MBA or advanced degree is preferred; 2 years additional experience in lieu of an advanced degree
5+ years of experience with supply chain, merchandising, finance, sales or customer service
3+ years of experience in business/strategic planning, or management consulting
Strong project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
Experience managing complex cross-functional stakeholder engagements, including facilitating workshops, is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to work cross-functionally
Great listening skills and openness for different viewpoints
Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior leadership
Self-starter, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative strategic thinker
Advanced level proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
Standout "can do" attitude and enthusiasm to drive Nike forward
