DescriptionWill create, develop, and deploy seamless, tailored and inherently social experiences to digital consumers in Beaverton, OR. Will help bring together technology and process expertise to deliver one-stop solutions that enable digital products and services. Will develop highly scalable REST services using a cloud native architecture. Will collaborate with the team to develop services, automate all testing, and deploy and support services using continuous integration, deployment, and DevOps. Will build high volume and high availability Java applications. Will write automated tests using tools like JUnit, TestNG, and Spock. Will build RESTful API’s. Will engage in continuous integration. Will use Jenkins and Teamcity. Will work with highly concurrent systems. Will use applications hosted in Amazon Web Services. Will use NoSQL data store systems to build highly scalable solutions. Will provide system, data, and application analysis, programming, and documentation support to identify indicators of system performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance to obtain optimal operational efficiency. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering. Experience: Six years of overall progressive experience in software engineering. Skills/Requirements: 1 year of experience: (1) using and developing RESTful Webservices, (2) Java, (3). net; (4) architecting and designing solutions, (5) instrumenting applications to monitor the health of production systems, (6) Agile development process; (7) collaborating and developing across multiple functional teams, (8) working within the retail domain; and (9) Amazon Web Services.
