DescriptionAs our Sr. Cross-Functional Business Consultant, you'll support the delivery and implementation of strategic Nike capabilities across global system and geographic landscapes. As part of key strategic multi-year efforts you will help Nike realize significant operational benefits. You'll be collaborating across the many aspects of the Nike Supply Chain (processes, functions, geographies, and business units in both business and IT). You'll help drive project lifecycles for multiple phase implementations of key strategic initiatives including process development, solutions design, implementation, alignment across process areas, functions, geographies, and business units as well as "go-live" prep and contingency planning. You'll work cross-functionally across business and solution teams supporting large strategic initiatives throughout the Nike organization, focusing on incorporating stakeholder requirements and balancing them against strategic company goals/vision. You'll partner with IT functional/design and solutions groups to keep work aligned with process requirements and work directly with respective teams to prepare for implementation and sustainable support.  In addition, you'll be engaged in process and solutions creation as well as process and solutions improvement/enhancement efforts.  Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
5 years' relevant professional work experience
2 years' additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
SAP R/3 experience
Cross-functional SAP functional knowledge in at least one module: SD, MM, LE, FICO, or PP/APO
Demonstrated process improvement experience
Experience with process mapping, documenting requirements, testing, and clearly defining the solution  
Proven track record of leading results-oriented teams in high-pressure or high-profile assignments
Strong communication and influencing skills
Facilitation skills and presentation skills
Must have solid experience as "change agent"
Ability to pass a 7 year criminal background investigation
Experience leading and training cross-functional teams a plus
Experience with Lean methodologies and processes preferred
Large and complex supply chain process experience preferred
Solutions development project experience preferred
