The Talent Attraction Manager will be a key member of the Talent Attraction, Engagement & Experience team within the Global Talent Acquisition function. You will partner with key geographies (EMEA, Greater China, Asia Pacific & Latin America) to drive Nike, Inc.’s digital talent ecosystem, content strategy and social media channels; and will lead programs to drive the ongoing development of Nike’s digital, social, and mobile presence to engage, attract, and inspire talent through storytelling and compelling content. This role has flexibility to be based in EMEA HQ (Hilversum, The Netherlands), China HQ (Shanghai, China) or World Headquarters (Portland, Oregon). Responsibilities•Lead the strategy and execution of all Talent Brand work for key geographies (EMEA, Greater China, Asia Pacific & Latin America)•Develop and implement a comprehensive social media program strategy, including, but not limited to, creating/maintaining a social media playbook, enforcing brand voice guidelines on social sites, developing a governance model, managing a response protocol, creating training resources to manage engagement with talent, identifying new platforms to leverage, etc.•Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of social media activation to create and deliver engaging content that can be customized across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.•Manage social media content calendar ensuring plans align with brand and sport moments to drive engagement through unique storytelling•Create and track benchmarks and KPI’s to monitor the success of social media activities•Monitor social media/digital industry trends and share best practices with global TA team•Coordinate online social media programs with off-line recruiting activities, including PR, sport moments, advertising, recruiting events, etc.•Partner with the global Talent Attraction Manager to manage the entire digital ecosystem (including the Nike Career Site) to ensure all channels are integrated in order to bring the talent brand positioning to life in the most innovative matter•Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate digital strategy across media, creative, and website experiences•Explore and implement new opportunities for growth and innovation across the digital ecosystem to ensure Nike is on the cutting edge of talent attraction •Manage vendor relationships, optimization of use, and serve as primary internal point of contact for all digital channels•Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to evolve the talent brand on a global level to position Nike as an employer of choice•Drive and increase talent brand awareness and engagement by crafting and publishing timely, relevant, engaging, and diverse content across the digital ecosystem•Develop and manage a global content strategy and plan, including a content calendar, visual library, creative assets to ensure TA has the tools to help drive engagement •Lead efforts to create, curate and distribute engaging, “of-Nike” content to talent communities•Work across departments (Employment Branding, Corporate Communications, Marketing, etc.) to identify key messages, gather digital assets, and ensure a consistent tone and brand voice across all platforms•Serve as an advisor to TA partners on strategies to reach and engage talent via traditional and non-traditional media channels•Spot opportunities to proactively communicate stories of interest across the digital ecosystem•Help develop and maintain a clear voice and presentation approach for all TA’s communicationsQualifications•Minimum 7 years’ experience and expertise in digital strategy, digital ecosystem development, social media, advertising, communications, analytics, community management, and/or marketing•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields•Experience working with different geographies/territories (Asia, Europe, Latin America, etc.)•Strong brand and marketing strategic skills; understanding the principles of advertising, public relations, social media marketing and digital media and be able to understand and translate marketing objectives and strategies to talent attraction and acquisition•Experience developing and managing a best-in-class social media program•In-depth understanding of managing online communities, including building and maintaining talent communities across major social platforms•A born storyteller – superior writing, communication, and presentation skills•Previous experience with content management systems and social analytics tools•Ability to create, innovate, consult, market, and sell•Understanding of how to work with, manage, and influence geographically dispersed teams•Energetic, forward-thinking, creative, and able to challenge assumptions while providing a high quality work product•Experience working with agencies, developing creative briefs and producing engaging content•Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines and within budget parameters•Entrepreneurial self-starter who demonstrates comfort with ambiguity and can excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
