DescriptionAs our Print and Pattern Developer, you will manage the allover material print development process from initial concept through to commercialization. You will ensure on time delivery and development according to critical dates, product specification, sustainability, performance and profitability goals. You will create and revise appropriate documentation for assigned print developments; ensure all appropriate development documentation is maintained including product specs. You will track and facilitate sampling and prototyping for printed materials in addition to identifying and addressing key issues and challenges in manufacturing. You will monitor and communicate challenges throughout the testing process to meet materials integrity requirements. You will keep abreast of market trends, new technology and consumer preferences. You will also collaborate with Manufacturing to drive the pricing process. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile design or a related field and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience • 2 additional years in lieu of a degree • Knowledge of apparel and material construction, including garment construction • Understanding of design and development process from inception through final adoption • Strong information seeking-skills and a drive to make things happen • Ability to be a team player and build positive working relationships • Strong computer skills, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Office applications, and Product Data Management systems • Demonstrated experience in PDM is a plus • Textile CAD experience is a plus • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time • Apparel print development experience is preferred NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
