DescriptionNike’s Global Controlling Operations (GCO) organization provides operational support via a shared delivery model to stakeholders throughout the world. Our mission is to exceed the efficiency and accuracy expectations of our internal clients by leveraging our process execution and innovative technology expertise.As the Finance Master Data Governance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key processes and projects associated with the timeliness and accuracy of our financial data while adhering to data governance policies. This position partners across all Finance functions to assist business partners in understanding project impacts to Finance master data as well as provides education to the Finance community on master data and master data governance concepts. This position will also get the opportunity to influence the master data governance process during the implementation of a new ERP system at Nike.The Finance Master Data Manager will be multi-talented, specifically providing critical support in:•Managing a resource responsible for the accurate and timely administration of the master data processes•Partnering with the Global Reporting team and other Finance funtions to communicate, test and implement master data changes •Influence an improved master data governance process for the new ERP system•Providing strong insight to the Reporting Governance Board on key initiatives•Providing key master data metrics•Providing exceptional customer service to our partnersQualifications•Preferred – 3-5+ years relevant experience•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks with leadership team•Influencing skills that support the achievement of objectives in like with the department and the organization’s requirements•MS Office and advanced Excel skills •Customer service and cross-functional interpersonal skills•Consistently high attention to detail NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
