DescriptionAs a Release Integration Operations Lead you will:Represent Release Engineering to external partners, advocate Release Engineering priorities
Build relationships with PMO, RM, Nike Technology, and NDE development teams
Ensure Release Engineering dependencies are understood by cross-functional teams
Manage reporting KPIs, report out on implementation status for Release Engineering projects
Coordinate and manage communication of key initiatives to stakeholders
Coordinate with Release Management team on communication strategy with SAFe teams
Engage appropriate team members in cross-departmental activities
Ensure Release Engineering is ready for key software releases and updates
Primary Responsibilities:Represent Release Engineering in project meetings to gather requirements
Provide recommendations to Release Engineering Leadership for projects requiring additional support levels, training, and implementation models
Assess projects at the planning stage to determine the appropriate level of Release Engineering involvement
Coordinate capacity readiness for quarterly releases of core systems and high-profile projects
Facilitate release review and provide Release Engineering approval prior to deployment
Advocate on behalf of customers for issues, enhancements, and defects
QualificationsWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's Degree or 4 years work experience in a business or technical environment.
2-3 years of experience with Nike's products and customers
2+ years Release experience
1+ years experience presenting to management level or above
1+ years project management experience
