DescriptionAs our Senior Analyst for North America Marketplace Operations, you will leverage your end to end business understanding and leadership skills to bring Marketplace Operations analytics capabilities to the next level.  You will support all Accounts within a specific channel of distribution. You will partner with peers in Marketplace Operations to leverage the analytics strategy and operating model. You will collaborate with the cross-functional partners across the Account/Channel Team to understand needs, pain points, and existing solutions to inform and influence decision making.  You will help drive the Ship-to-Plan process, where we set quarterly and monthly shipping goals for the channel, and be responsible for communicating progress-to-goal to cross-functional partners You will use your entrepreneurial instinct, broad business acumen and Business Intelligence expertise to find new, untapped ways to nimbly provide useful information to support fact-based decision making. You will leverage information visibility to elevate the Account/Channel Operations order book performance.  You will enable faster decision making through improved information visibility, supporting our senior leaders in making business decisions required to meet fiscal targets. You will deliver visibility to strategic and cross-functional impact of metrics and KPIs.  you'll further enhance understanding of profitability, inventory and service impacts through development of analytical models that evaluate trends, scenarios, and play out simulation results.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Analytical thinker; proven ability to synthesize complex data into simple and compelling arguments for change
Visual communicator with solid presentation and facilitation skills addressing a variety of audiences
Strong quantitative (i.e. statistics, optimization, simulation), data visualization and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to learn new advanced analytics toolsets quickly and independently
Ability to communicate complex concepts simply, verbally and in writing. Ability to create high quality project reports and simple, succinct, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems independently in ambiguous situations with limited direction
Strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust
Strong communicator, endlessly curious, who take pride in their work and are committed to rapidly advancing their knowledge and expertise.
Experience in visualization, coding, big data technologies, data science and/or modeling software preferred (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Alteryx) is preferred.
Strong quantitative background in operations research, statistics, data analysis and/or modeling as well as knowledge of supply chain optimization, operations preferred.
