DescriptionAs our Senior Manager, Workforce Optimization & Reporting you will drive retail operational excellence by providing expertise (tools, systems, communication, and processes) necessary for stores to improve productivity & profitability. You will focus on setting standards and best practices within the labor model, to protect and deliver sales and service. You’ll lead a team to create best practices, analyze, review and update current reporting processes and tools. You’ll identify areas for process improvements through assessment and review, and work with cross functional teams to deliver efficiencies. You’ll be the voice of the field in financial performance management tools and storytelling
In this role you will:Lead the day to day workforce optimization & retail process reporting teams.
Lead the development of short & long term tactical plans to drive productivity & efficiency in stores.
Create productivity programs and enhancements that elevate the athlete & consumer experience
Build strong and productive relationships with program stakeholders within the business, finance, brand, marketing, product presentation, store operations, and legal teams
Lead, coach, drive, and inspire the workforce optimization / reporting team
Play a critical role on the store operations manager team
To achieve these objectives, you will develop great relationships with Stores Leadership, Brand, Retail Brand Presentation, Concept Marketing, Online Merchandising, Store Operations, and many others. 
QualificationsDeep knowledge of retail 
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field
7-10 years of work experience in finance/operations/business management related field
Retail Store management experience is preferred
Experience with store work load planning is preferred
Connect cross functional teams to coordinate aligned strategies regarding consumer, athlete and P&L impacts
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Execute store, field leadership and WHQ facing reporting
Elevate relationships with cross-functional counterparts and facilitate opportunities for collaboration
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Passion for Nike and sport
Ability to excel in a highly matrixed organization
