DescriptionThe ideal candidate for this FG+C Operations Manager position will have an ability to enhance and execute the enterprise’s Internal Control Over Financial Reporting system platform.  The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and provider for ongoing business support for systems supporting Nike’s Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program with the following responsibilities:
Keylight GRC Platform - Subject Matter Expert (SME)
System governance model development and maintenance including
User provisioning and access control management
Change management
Master data management
Develop, maintain, and catalog existing relevant user training material
Launch periodic audit assessments (SOX Tests & Control Self Assessments)
Mass data input and export in support of value stream/expert function admins
Support business needs for reporting/dashboard management
System Configuration management:
Configure and test minor ad hoc enhancements and break fixes
Collaborate with stakeholders to digest requirements for larger initiatives/configuration solutions
Coordinate with other applicable admins and Technology Support to implement solutions
SAP - Access Review Controls SME
User provisioning and segregation of duties review management
Perform periodic User Access Review controls
Develop Training material development/maintenance related to the above items
External vendor access management
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
Curious thinker with initiative to find solutions
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of SOX/ICFR programs.
2+ years’ experience with system application administration for a software-as-a-service environment
Customer/end user-first mentality
Confident taking the lead during troubleshooting or recovery scenarios
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail, urgency, focus and discipline
Seeks clarity when needed and escalates appropriately
Ability to effectively prioritize work
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Degree focus in Accounting, Business, or MIS preferred
System administration experience with KeyLight GRC preferred
Professional or Technical certification (CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred
