DescriptionAs the NA Logistics COE Process Manager, your primary role is to lead strategic projects supporting North America Supply Chain’s goal to become increasingly Reliable, Efficient, Fast, and Flexible. To do this you’ll need to be experienced in supply chain operations with an emphasis on distribution, warehouse management systems (WMS), and a variety of operating models (Nike-owned and Third-Party Logistics). You will leverage your operational experience to perform root cause analysis and propose process improvements. Your proven ability to navigate the North America Supply Chain matrix and the Global Ops and Logistics matrix will ensure you drive alignment, clarity, and ultimately lead changes that improve logistics quality, speed, and service. The ideal candidate will be able to influence teams towards a common goal, deliver process improvements, and partner seamlessly with Tech, Controlling, and Logistics Operations. In this role you will be responsible for: •Lead operational root cause analysis and facilitate process improvements in partnership with cross functional stakeholders•Leading a network-wide North America WMS Profile Refresh to consolidate roles, standardize where possible, eliminate segregation of duties conflicts, and define the optimal approval structure•Implement a new permission-level user access control•Effectively transition and stabilize the migration of NA facilities to the new global user access solution•Act as the North America representative within the Global ICFR community focusing on user access and inventory adjustments•Participate as a key leader on the PASS team, deploying to NA facilities to proactively institute standardized controls, inventory management practices, and operational best practices•Consult on the front end of distribution design to ensure inventory controls are effective upon implementation of future facilitiesQualifications•Bachelor's or advanced degree and minimum of 5 years supply chain experience.•End to end knowledge of supply chain operations and systems with emphasis on distribution center operations and warehouse management systems.•Project team leadership, coaching skills, and ability to collaborate at all levels.•Proven ability to influence cross functional teams, both virtually and in person, towards a common goal.•Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent workshop facilitation and leadership skills. Ability to manage a group and make progress towards alignment. •Understand implications of different operational choices, and guide team to best solutions for organization. •Comfort with principles and issues related to Information Technology systems, development, and design. •Strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse personal styles. •Proven energy to navigate complex organizational structures across multiple distribution centers, third party logistics partners, and internal partners.•High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to drive to clarity & alignment. •Variable domestic and international travel, approximately 35% NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
