DescriptionAs the Additive Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will demonstrate leadership and utilize expertise in additive manufacturing to support business and program goals for NIKE Manufacturing Innovation. As a key member of the team that is creating the future of footwear manufacturing at Nike, here's what we're looking for from you:Exercise leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes for the Additive Manufacturing Innovation Team
Understand and lead technical aspects of different modalities of additive processes and equipment including installation, operation, and long term capability
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct machine or process malfunctions in a production environment 
Establish robust calibration, qualification and preventative maintenance plans and ensure their timely completion 
Develop solid model skills required for additive build file layout / generation, post processing, part inspection, and geometry compensation 
Determine safe manufacturing processes that produce a quality product in the most efficient method of manufacture
Develop strong working relationships with other members of NIKE Innovation
Drive continuous improvement plan through process improvements on a regular basis
Execute structured experiments to refine process parameters to increase performance of Additive Manufacturing components
Interface with design engineering teams to modify / optimize CAD model geometries for additive manufacturing through understanding of manufacturing additive process and design intent 
Maintain an emphasis on Environmental, Health and Safety issues, and assure area remains in compliance with all EHS requirements
Document standard operating procedures for daily operations, inspections, maintenance, EHS and safety compliance Qualifications/Requirements 
QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing
3D printing experience
 Additive Manufacturing familiarity
CAD familiarity/experience
Understanding of the innovation and engineering (R&D) process
