DescriptionOur University Relations (UR) Program Manager is a newly created role embedded in the University Relations – Collegiate Recruitment team within NIKE’s Global Talent Acquisition organization.  This role will operate as a cross-functional partner with HR Leaders and Business Function Leaders in leveraging our top, diverse UR talent pipelines to build future talent capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive and communicate the university talent strategy, timeline, and intern talent demand planning across multiple business units. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to identify compelling intern projects, assign intern roles aligned to strategic business initiatives, and manage the intern talent conversion and placement process. You’ll build tracking/analytical tools to ensure we measure our success and scale our university talent investments throughout the enterprise.  In this role, the UR Program Manager will report to the Director of University Relations and will be an integral part of the overall end-to-end talent strategy.
Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders to establish a deep understanding of current and future university talent hiring needs (undergraduate and graduate Masters/MBA) and a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business priorities
Execute end-to-end program management goals, timelines, and milestones across business functions (intern projects, placements, conversions, on/off boarding process, performance evaluations, hiring manager and core team engagement, etc.)
Coordinate developmental and networking events for the business function cohort
Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition partners, HR partners, and business function leaders
Manage cross-functional relationships, share expertise, and serve as an influencer across business functions and core teams to guide University Relations talent initiatives
Track and report talent performance metrics/analytics to determine program effectiveness and identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement
Ability to travel up to 25% during the peak recruitment season 
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
5+ years full cycle recruitment; university relations experience preferred to champion intern talent pipelines and conversion strategy
Ability to connect and inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities (business leaders and students/university talent)
Strong program and/or project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Strong PowerPoint, Keynote, and Excel skills
