DescriptionTalent Mobility at Nike is focused on paving the way for Nike’s talent to go where our business and their careers take them. We want to fuel growth and innovation by intentionally developing and deploying our mobile workforce – ensuring the right talent capabilities in the right place at the right time. We broadly define the mobile workforce to include not only expats and intra-country relocations (domestic moves) but also any employee working outside their home location such as permanent transfers, cross-border commuters, etc.Talent Mobility at Nike includes Immigration, Tax and Mobility experts that work together to consult business and HR leaders on becoming increasingly more strategic and intentional around how we move and retain talent around the globe.Our team is aligned to key customers to understand their business needs and deliver strategic solutions. We provide consulting services to enable informed decision making on mobile workforce investments in alignment with their talent strategy. Nike is seeking a Sr. Talent Mobility Consultant to join our team.KEY ACTIVITIESDeliver consulting services to strategic partners to solve their mobility challenges
Partner with customers to influence global mobility priorities
Lead and participate in implementation and design of mobility policies, tools, programs and processes for customers leveraging industry insights to inform design
Build and maintain key customer relationships
Manage complex policy exceptions and service issue escalations
Provide oversight for executive level moves
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and key stakeholders
Enable talent planning and overall talent strategy
Guide and partner with other COEs on solutions
Qualifications BA/BS degree
5-8 years’ experience in global mobility, tax and/or immigration, preferably for a large global company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations
Naturally curious with ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns
Initiative and drive to make things happen
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
Ability to network and utilize internal and external resources
