Together, they develop a motivated, diverse and engaged global team.Our Director Executive Diversity Sourcing will lead a newly formed team embedded within NIKE’s Global Talent Acquisition organization. This role will take our current diversity sourcing and recruiting initiatives to the next level by developing sourcing strategies to help develop proactive pipelines to serve the needs of our business partners.Key deliverables include developing diverse candidate pipelines that align to Nike’s strategic priorities. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with Business Facing Talent Acquisition leaders to develop sourcing strategies that will enable us to locate top-talent across the globe, while providing world class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. You’ll consult with our business segments to drive talent attraction campaigns and employ innovative search strategies and in-market campaigns to locate top talent. Consult with Hiring Teams as the expert on candidate market trends, compensation recommendations, and interviewing best practices. The ideal candidate will have passion and experience around diversity, candidate research, competitive market intelligence, passive candidate outreach, and relationship development. The Director of Diversity Talent Sourcing will innovate on processes, emerging recruitment technologies, and key talent acquisition programs. You will work with several different technologies including Taleo ATS, Avature CRM, Gild, LinkedIn, StackOverflow, and HiringSolved. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in multiple different geographies across North America and have comfort in cold reach out to Director level and above candidates. In addition, you'll be the subject matter expert on the sourcing process including managing complex candidate pipelines, presenting to Executives and innovating on Talent Acquisition Sourcing processes.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field• 5 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree• 7-10 years' of Sourcing and or full cycle recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment, cold calling, internet and web searches, behavioral and competency based interviewing, and offer negotiation• 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisitions teams in an enterprise environment, with specific experience leading diversity initiatives• Ability to analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting to identify areas of improvement and provide data-inspired recommendations guide decision-making related to diversity recruiting strategies and goals• Experience using innovative approaches to attract passive talent.• Experience developing complex search strategies to attract passive talent.• Working knowledge of advanced Boolean techniques.• Comfortable driving Talent Acquisition programs with cross-functional teams.• Familiarity with Equal Employment Opportunities and Affirmative Action reports• Experience working in a corporate business environment, supporting a business with high-volume, non-exempt positions is strongly preferred• Work experience with process and project management is preferredInterested yet?
