At Nike, it's about bringing what you have to a challenging and constantly evolving game.The Strategic Enterprise Capability (SEC) team will enable Nike’s Consumer Direct Offense by driving end-to-end integration of business processes and delivering an elevated capability platform. SEC will maximize business ownership, leverage new organizational capabilities, unleash individual career path opportunities, enable flexible resource utilization, and accelerate our Tech Revolution implementation. As our SEC Program Financial Analyst, you will report to the SEC Finance Manager and you will be responsible for preparing timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against program plan, budget and forecast. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS•Assist with the month, quarter and year-end close process. •Prepare and facilitate budget and forecasting processes.•Partner with financial peers to collaborate on best practices for program financial management.•Identify opportunities to simplify reporting processes.•Provide SEC leadership visibility into the program spend by detailed cost component & function to allow teams to take timely, effective action.•Responsible for compliance across all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, laws, and GAAP. •Identify, drive and track efficiency/productivity opportunities within the program.•Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.•Relentlessly continue to improve financial processes, systems and tools to maximize efficiency. •Must be a trusted business partner. Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in a Business related field with emphasis in finance, accounting or economics •An MBA (with a concentration in Finance and Strategy) is a plus •Experience with program based budgets, projects and project financials preferred •Advanced Excel skills, experience with SAP or similar enterprise system, and with project labor tracking systems •Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally •Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities •Standout, positive attitude and enthusiasm to drive operational results •Ability to pass a 7-year background check NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
