Making history is no easy task, but as a team, we are unstoppable.The Nike Run Club (NRC) app is the #1 running app in the world, logging over 50 million mikes a month.As a Senior Product Manager, Nike Run Club, you will help lead the creation, improvement and growth of the Nike Run Club mobile app. Working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, you will help define product requirements, execute on the product vision/strategy and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle. You will develop a strong understanding of consumer needs and perform in-depth data analyses to help inform future product decisions.Key Responsibilities:• Product lifecycle management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of shipping innovative product features from ideation through launch. Strategize and execute on user growth and engagement initiatives in operating live products.• Product Specifications: Write and consult on complex product specifications while accounting for design challenges and external dependencies• Analytics and Experimentation: Define product KPIs and perform complex analyses to drive product insights and data-driven product decisions. Create and execute multivariate experiments/tests to find the optimal product solutions.• Product roadmap definition: Help develop a product feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs.• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional Engineering, Design, Program Management, and Brand Marketing teams throughout the development processQualifications• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in product management; consumer mobile or web product experience required.• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills• Clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels to action• Ability to work with high performing, cross-functional teams• Ability to create product deliverables including wireframes and requirements specifications• Experience managing live mobile app or web experiences with multivariate testing• Strong passion for creating engaging, compelling fitness and sports related user experiences• CS background or prior engineering experience a strong plus• Previous experience with SQL, Tableau and Adobe Omniture and a strong plus• Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape for mobile running apps, both through a technology and competitor lens • BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred Job ID: 00411305
