Global Digital Innovation ProducerAs a Global Digital Innovation Producer, you'll play a key role in the research and development of advanced computing systems that will serve to create new digital products and consumer experiences.The Global Digital Innovation Producer works across various teams, connecting with leadership, digital innovators, and key internal and external partners to research, develop and deliver solutions. The ideal candidate has a background in digital product development, and is comfortable with fast, iterative prototyping and product experimentation.Responsibilities•Research, evaluate, and implement novel computer vision, speech recognition, and natural language algorithms•Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify and source data for training artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms•Work on large-scale datasets, focusing on building scalable systems in versatile application fields•Collaborate closely with team members on developing systems from prototyping to production level•Work closely with software engineering teams to drive scalable, real-time implementationsQualifications•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics is required.•Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.•Excellent understanding of the practice of designing experiments and statistical analysis of results.•An understanding of machine learning and computational complexity preferred.•Ability to implement algorithms for prototyping, using both toolkits and self-developed code.•Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing architectural concepts and algorithms with technical team members.•Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs clearly and compellingly in both verbal and written form.
