DescriptionAs our Planner for Global Digital within Demand and Supply Management (DSM) you will support the Business Planning Manager in creating holistic visibility to rolling seasonal plans at the gender, division, category, and key apparel classification levels.Pre-Season Planning:Create holistic view to seasonal gender, category, division and key apparel classification revenue plans to guide inventory direction to achieve Global Digital financial plans and targets
Create rolling plans across Seasons to supporting IBP initiatives in DSM
By partnering with Assortment Planning, ensure product level strategies achieve topline goals
Identify gaps between Globally directed plans and bottoms up plans from the Geographies to ensure product strategies and marketing messages are maintained through investments
Identify risks and opportunities both in Globally directed plans and bottoms up reconciliations from individual Geographic buys
In partnership with Geographies, close gaps between bottoms up and tops down pre-season plans
Cross-Channel Responsibilities:Manage Global Planning gate calendar with both Global and Geo to ensure teams driving to deadlines
Manage coordination of Cross-Channel & Digital Cross-Gender rollups for Gates as well as MBR, QBR requestsCross-Geo Responsibilities:
Manage the consolidation of Geo Mat files and topline plans in order to create a central source of visibility to style level as well as topline plans
Partner with analytics in getting systemic visibility to plans

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing or a related field  
4+ years' experience in Buying, Planning, Allocation and/or Vendor Sales for a Digital and multi-store retailer
Comprehensive understanding of retail math  
Experience in gross margin profitability planning  
Ability to create monthly reports, top line sales plans, track promotional calendar/events and pre-meeting prep  
Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others  
Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred  
Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business  
Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc  
Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred  
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions  
Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
