We believe that Cyber Incident Data Analysis is a key capability in our Information Security function.As the Director of Cyber Incident Data Analysis your role in the Cyber Security Operations team is to provide strategic and day to day leadership to a team of Analysts and Coordinators that help us assess, analyze and remediate security threats.You will lead a team of experienced security professionals who are extremely passionate about their work and Nike. The team operates on both tactical and strategic levels. You will drive process improvement efforts and derive recommendations to eliminate incidents before they occur. Another aspect of the role will involve handling incident communications and escalations across teams, all the way up to Nike leadership. You will partner with cross-functional teams on efforts related to global compliance and regulations, specifically as they pertain to data exposure. You will leverage security tools containing sensitive information to assist with personnel investigations. You will also partner closely with Incident Response, Legal, Privacy, Data Protection, Global Cyber Investigations and HR to assess, analyze and remediate incidents and potential data exposure.In this role you will be responsible for standing up the Cyber Incident Data Analysis function. This includes developing and executing on vision, mission, roadmaps and budgets as well as building, and growing a top performing team.If you believe in a business risk balanced approach and you excel in a highly-matrixed, people-focused environment this is the place for you.
