Scope and Responsibilities: We are looking for an Operations and Compliance Lead– Enterprise Architecture and Platforms who thrives in working with multiple teams, new technology, and implementing transformational organizational change.  You will engage architecture, platform, compliance and vendor teams, define and implement tracking of organizational metrics and framework and audits, manage service-levels, while at the same time providing world class support to teams for established operating models.  You'll have the opportunity to work alongside truly talented teams including business partners, functions, and geographies - bringing them together to create a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team.
QualificationsExperience of TBM principles and experience in deploying financial governance concepts and processes
Strong influencing and communication skills; ability to interact successfully with senior and executive management
Ability to collaborate with sponsors and business partners to implement strategic vision and roadmaps
Ability to drive initiatives across multiple organizations in alignment with org and enterprise initiatives
Demonstrated experience with business process improvement methods (e.g. Lean)
Oversee proactive approach and communication of status to stakeholders effectively, with an emphasis on maintaining alignment with core project sponsors
Experience delivering large organizational transformation programs
Adept at working in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Master degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; 4 years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree 
5+ years professional experience with at least 2+ years in business metric/operations experience.
