If you're the one for this role, you'll be joining the Nike Technology organization. Nike Tech brings together technology and process expertise into one streamlined, consumer- and customer-oriented team.
Responsibilities:Works closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and Enabling Functions Domain leaders (business and technology)
Works closely with business architect to develop domain architecture roadmaps
Works across Enterprise Architecture teams to influence a technical vision that moves the business forward
Works closely with Reference Architecture Leader to ensure technology alignment with business drivers
Provides technology guidance and insight to business and technology Domain leaders
Ensures architecture alignment across domains and enabling functions (verticals and horizontals)
Leads large cross domain architecture initiatives
Ensures solution designs are consistent and developed based on domain roadmaps, reference architectures and enterprise platforms
Leads team of solution architects and technical architects
Ensures entire domain is adequately staffed with solution and technical architects
Provides expert technical advice to domain architecture team
Work closely with key partners (AWS, Microsoft, SAP, etc.) to ensure technology roadmap alignments
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Management
10+ years in technology architect roles
5+ years as lead architect
7+ years in leading teams
5+ years providing technical leadership to business & cross-functional teams
10+ years in hands-on software engineering
7+ years working with cloud technologies, AWS, Azure, Google
Prior experience in designing and implementing highly scalable solutions in a distributed cloud based environment
Solid understanding of Supply Chain
Solid understanding of ERP
Solid skills using Agile methodologies, with familiarity in other methodologies as projects may require
Strong communication skills
Strong influencing skills
Experience working in large global organizations
Have an ability to quickly cut though complex issues and chooses best solutions and course of action
