DescriptionAs the Senior Retail Brand Marketing Director for the Jordan Brand, you will oversee a team that develops end in mind omni-channel strategies for Jordan Concepts and rest of marketplace. You'll be responsible for setting and oversee the seasonal offense for Brand Jordan and encouraging a new era of innovation storytelling & omni-channel consumer experiences. All of this will focus on impact for critical brand moments. Accountable for driving premier connected retail experiences that ultimately inspire, empower and serve the geographies, territories and key cities.Key Responsibilities:Develop category strategies for the omni-channel journey for Brand Jordan through an intentional and integrated offense powered through the consumer code process
Cultivate distinction through authentic category and brand moments, product storytelling and experiences that connect across innovation, sport and culture
Lead the development of the holistic product storytelling against Brand Defining, Category Defining & Business, inspiring styles and collections
In partnership with Jordan Concept and Stores Design team, develop an evolved consumer experience journey for Wholesale partners that can be scaled to rest of marketplace
Create brand distinction through breakthrough styling and visual merchandising strategies that amplify key moments and connect across innovation, sport and culture
Own the functional consumer code process
Inspire, empower & serve geos with strategies, tools, and guidance focused on enabling flawless implementation for Brand Jordan priorities
Proactively partner to capture & apply consumer first, data driven retail insights
Probe and mine capabilities and foster a test and learn mindset that informs future strategies
Lead and cultivate global best practices and standards. Capture and deploy geo and city key learnings for broader scale 
Leverage and apply geo and city insights to inform future strategies to succeed in our key cites and doors
Lead and develop a premier global team with a focus on unleashing creativity & maximizing human potential
QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business related discipline 
2 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
10+ years of progressively responsible Brand marketing experience 
In-depth knowledge of the Global Marketplace with an understanding of the competitive market, consumers and retail trends
Demonstrated experience in the following: retail marketing, visual merchandising, retail space planning and/or event design
Ability to travel up to 35% of the time 
Preferred: Experience in one of Nike's key categories, with an in-depth understanding of the Basketball category consumer 
Ability to lead a cross-functional team toward a vision through effective collaboration within a matrix environment
Experience managing direct reports
