DescriptionAs the Product Director Enterprise Platforms within  the Enterprise Architecture, Platforms and Portfolio organization, you will work across many different Nike teams to drive the execution of the product vision and strategy for future and existing platforms. This will require working with technology and business teams and owning the prioritization of all work related to Enterprise Platforms across the Nike enterprise. As the Product Director Enterprise Platforms, you will be at the heart of the Nike digital transformation and will help the global platform team make decisions that will drive performance, directly leading to the accomplishment of annual goals. Working within a larger technology team, you will be a leader who effectively organizes resources appropriately to achieve business objectives. You will also partner with executives across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and to ensure business objectives are met. Above all, you will be a constant champion for the needs of our customers.
This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with strong technical and analytical skills, product management knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication.  Candidates with product management in a technology platform environment are preferred. The right individual will be on top of technology trends and understand the opportunities that Nike’s digitalization and platform use can drive for the Nike brand.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Set the strategic direction for our platform products, develop and drive a product roadmap in partnership with other Nike business stakeholders, Platform Engineering and Architecture teams
Management: Possess amazing leadership skills and the ability to build, motivate and influence high performing teams. Lead, mentor and build the Product Management team while working together to create world-class platform capabilities within Nike
Influencing: Create visibility to Platform specific needs in our Technology team, and generate an appetite to solve those needs.
Product lifecycle management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products from conception to product/market fit and growth
Product Strategy & Vision: Create and effectively champion a data-driven, market-informed product vision & strategy. Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of the customers and business environment to create valuable solutions
Product roadmap definition: Develop a product feature and release roadmap based on in-depth data analysis and a clear understanding of customer needs. Provide input on the product roadmaps; actively identify and solution for risks and constraints, continually identify dependencies and coordinate with dependent teams
Prioritization: Drive alignment of platform priorities for backlog of features and functionality and participate in Technology Portfolio prioritization process. Define acceptance criteria, ensure capacity for enablers and defects, prioritize and make trade-offs based on understanding of strategies and transformative initiatives, budgets, dependent teams, goals and the value features and stories to bring to customers and the business
Planning and Execution: Effectively design plans based on priorities, set clear/measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals
Product Specifications: Oversee and consult on product specifications, manage design challenges and execute agile product delivery. Anticipate the needs of, collaborate with, and act as the voice of the customer. Work with the team(s) to ensure all features are supported, clear, and delivered in high quality and documented appropriately
Analytics and Experimentation: Develop and measure product KPIs, derive key insights, and devise and execute incubators to find product solutions in partnership with Architecture and Engineering
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture and Program management leaders throughout the product’s lifecycle 

Qualifications10+ years of experience in progressive product management roles, 5+ years managing managers
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performance, cross-functional teams that scale
Outstanding written and oral communication, organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
Excellent team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skills
Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management
Earnest, humble, honest and focused on what’s best for the greater good
Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends
Strong organizational skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
Demonstrable platform product expertise in at least one of the following areas: Data & Analytics, Developer Enablement or Enterprise Services/Integration
Experience working with and maturing Agile teams
Ability to develop strong working relationships with Nike business and technology partners at a global level, build consensus, and explain difficult issues
Ability to communicate, influence and partner effectively using strong verbal and written communication
Ability to apply best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes, or services, solving complex problems
Ability to work independently, receiving minimal guidance
The ability to establish credibility through vision, thought leadership, technical expertise and implementation
Experience managing priorities with third party vendors and key partners
Experience working in a global business environment preferred
