DescriptionAs the Brand Planner for North America Accessories within Demand and Supply Management (DSM), you will work closely with Merchandising, Marketplace and Demand planning teams to drive a holistic marketplace and consumer demand forecast.  You will determine forecasts based on marketplace capacity, innovation roadmap, merchandising assortment plans, statistical forecasting inputs, and historical trends with inventory and profitability goals in mind.
You'll collaborate with business leaders to grow revenue/profitability through improved forecast accuracy, while minimizing risks, costs and closeouts.  Furthermore, you will deliver meaningful demand analysis and insights to business leadership and cross-functional partners, and partner with Inventory Planning to drive operational metric improvements. 
You will identify issues and opportunities to improve key demand planning metrics, establish action plans to improve demand planning practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans.  You’ll also ensure consistency and standardization across our demand planning landscape when appropriate.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or related field   
Minimum of 5 year’s work experience in forecasting, retail planning, buying, financial forecasting or demand planning.   
Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking skills required.
Strong lead and influencing skills (written and verbal), including meeting facilitation and presentations.   
Strong MS Excel fundamentals required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  
Experience in a retail or wholesale apparel, footwear or consumer goods organization is preferred.   
Experience with advanced planning systems is a plus.
