DescriptionAs our NIKE Sport Research Lab (NSRL) Research Intern, you will be responsible for executing research projects (both applied and basic research) aimed at delivering proven performance insights that will lead to technologically innovative footwear and apparel. You will work with athletes* and ensure that the have a premium experience in the NSRL. You will execute research protocols to implement research agenda for functional groups within the NSRL. You will be responsible for applying basic concepts, theories, and principles aimed at making athletes* measurably better with innovation footwear and apparel solutions. You will participate in the development of new tools, methods and procedures that will streamline data acquisition, analytics, and/or visualization.QualificationsPursuing a Master's Degree in field of related expertise. This includes, but is not limited to: biomechanics, integrated physiology, biomedical engineering, biological, kinesiology, mechanical engineering, physics, psychology, cognitive science, data science and computer science.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience
Strong teambuilding and leadership skills
Confidence in providing strategic guidance
Capable self starter, not afraid to ask questions
Track-record of demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environment
Sports focus/interest & Passion for the brand
Problem solver with a focus on positivity while working through complex issues.
