Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will use extensive knowledge of Internet standards, industry best practices and professional experience in the IAM field and authentication technologies in particular to help implement Nike’s IAM strategic roadmap. This role will be part of a fast-paced team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the authentication infrastructure for business-focused Nike applications globally. Responsibilities•Onboard Nike applications into IAM products, solutions, and services.•Single-Sign On and Federation service configuration and administration for applications across all Nike business units utilizing SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect. •Configure Federation connections using Okta as the Identity Provider.•Work closely with the IAM Architect, Lead IAM Engineer and development team resources across Nike to implement SSO in their applications.•Work with peers throughout Nike, Inc. to collect input on required authentication service capabilities and provide information on new service features. •Design and develop tools and scripts to assist in automation tasks related to the IAM systems.•Provide L4 technical support to Operations team as required.•Ensure Nike’s security policies and applicable regulatory guidelines are adhered to in the implementation of IAM solutions.•Staying current on IAM technologies, trends, standards and best practices.•Continually update relevant security skills.•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications•Expert knowledge, with 8+ years of experience, of Identity and Access Management standards, principles and practices. This should include 5+ years of engineering/development experience in a large-scale environment.•Extensive experience with SAML Service and Identity Providers and knowledge of related standards.•Extensive experience with OAuth and/or OpenID Connect and knowledge of related standards.•Experience with Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platforms, such as Okta.•Experience with web application development and integrating applications into a Single Sign-On Federation.•Experience with Directories (LDAP and/or AD).•Experience with Active Directory Federation Services a plus.•Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients and partners.•Proven ability to explain complex concepts in plain language.•The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.•Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.•Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.•Ability to balance and prioritize work.•Must be trustworthy in keeping sensitive data confidential.Education:•Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related filed, or equivalent work experience.Certification:As a Nike Identity and Access Management Engineer the following certifications would be a plus:•Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)•Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
