DescriptionAs the Brand Planning Manager for North America Accessories within Demand and Supply Management (DSM), you will work closely with the Merchandising, Marketplace and Demand planning teams to drive a holistic marketplace and consumer demand forecast.  You will determine forecasts based on marketplace capacity, innovation roadmap, merchandising assortment plans, statistical forecasting inputs, and historical trends with inventory and profitability goals in mind.
You will utilize a variety of forecasting techniques to analyze market and product trends to develop long range and seasonal demand plans.  You will be responsible for analyzing risks and opportunities in the demand plan across classifications within Nike Accessories. 
You will play a key role in partnering with the NA Equipment Vice President, creating the future for Accessories Planning. You will drive both the tactical and strategic executions of accessories demand planning. You will also lead and coach the NA Brand Planner to ensure deliverables weekly, monthly and seasonal deliverables are met.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or related field   
Minimum of 5 year’s work experience in forecasting, retail planning, buying, financial forecasting or demand planning.   
Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking skills required.
Strong lead and influencing skills (written and verbal), including meeting facilitation and presentations.  
Previous management experience a plus. 
Strong MS Excel fundamentals required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  
Experience in a retail or wholesale apparel, footwear or consumer goods organization is preferred.   
Experience with advanced planning systems is a plus.
