DescriptionAs Site Merchandising Director, North America, Digital Commerce (NDC), you'll help bring seasonal plans to life across platform: Nike.com, Nike App, and SNKRS focusing on business goals, brand initiatives and strategic priorities. You'll partner with Nike.com category product merchandising, planning, performance marketing, brand and operations teams as well as global functional partners to drive and create efficient and strategic consumer shopping experiences. You'll lead and coach our team of Digital Site Merchants with a focus on consistency in our digital processes and workstreams including: product merchandising, analytics/reporting, pre-season catalog readiness etc. You’ll develop and share merchandising best practices with our extended digital team. In addition, you’ll be working in conjunction with the cross category Nike.com merchandisers, focusing on key pages across gender and classification as well as contributing to long-term planning and process evolvement.Responsibilities include (but not limited to):•Lead seasonal pre-season product readiness process; provide regular reporting to key stakeholders. Work with partners on efficient inputs to this process.•Lead and coach a team of digital site merchants providing them with the guidance and resources to work efficiently back with category and functional partners.•Establish processes, communicate and drive consistency in various functional areas of digital merchandising to drive revenue and conversion on Nike.com.•Partner with Performance Marketing team to effectively drive traffic to optimized landing pages on Nike.com•Assist the development and documentation of Digital Commerce standards and best practices to streamline operations and communication.•Assist in the development and evolution of NDC go to market pipelineQualificationsRequirements for the position include:•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.•Minimum of 10 years' directly relevant work experience•Team leadership experience preferred•Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts in process models as needed•Excellent oral and written communication skills•Experience building relationships, interacting with all levels of leadership and understanding and valuing cultural differences•Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management•Demonstrated project management and process excellence NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
