DescriptionAs our Senior Materials Analyst, you'll analyze, ideate, inform and present data for the GLAM (Global Apparel Materials) organization. You will be the gate keeper on analysis providing direction and statistics on many aspects of the Textile, Trim, Print & Pattern, Branding & Packaging, and, Color key deliverables. Your analysis will provide the basis for the core palette framework, the seasonal category fabric line plan and the context for discussion at a cross category level. You'll support the OPS & Analytics Manager in defining key metrics and the associated processes required to execute seasonal development activities. Additionally, you will be a key participant in ongoing special projects as well as enterprise initiatives such the PCX Materials Launch. Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field• Minimum 5 years' directly relevant work or related experience• 2 additional years' experience required in lieu of a degree• A positive team player attitude• Proven experience in strategic and business planning. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations• Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience• Strong skillset in Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI. Ability to write complex macros and write in SQL. • Effective project and resource management experience with a proactive approach to team specific issues• Change agent; ability to adapt and be flexible.
