DescriptionAs our Global Compensation Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for overall operations and program compliance of Nike Compensation programs, data integrity and tracking and reporting and trend analysis of metrics. You'll serve as project representative and/or lead for implementation/execution of compensation programs. You'll be responsible for coordinating efforts with global and regional teammates and vendors for seamless transition. You'll complete complex testing including development of test plan/scripts, expected results and the validation of test results. You'll develop and perform system and data audits of internal systems, interfaces and vendors systems. You'll use your analyst and business process expertise to propose process efficiencies and application utilization to optimize Nike's investment in global HR technology. You'll interpret customer needs, assesses requirements, and identify and build solutions.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field• 2+ years' relevant work experience. 2 additional years' experience in lieu of a degree• Knowledge of HR business functions• Strong problem solving skills• Strong analytical skills• Advanced Excel experience required, macro experience preferred• Strong background in process reengineering, project coordination, and application support• Excellent meeting facilitation and verbal & written communication skills required• Experience with global cross functional team preferred• Experience executing/implementing compensation programs preferred• SAP Global HRMS and/or Success Factors experience preferred NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
