DescriptionAs our Employee Relations Manager, you'll create a competitive advantage for Nike by being an Employee Relations subject matter expert and partnering with employees and business partners to provide resources and guidance when complex workplace issues arise. You will demonstrate leadership and initiative by mentoring others and using sound analysis to suggest proactive solutions to address business needs. You'll respond to complex Employee Relations matters and identify solutions that align with Nike policy and culture. You'll approach your work proactively and in a consultative manner educating employees and managers at each touch point, enabling them to make decisions that provide a fair and consistent employment experience throughout the organization, thereby stewarding the employment and cultural brand of NIKE, Inc. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field• 5 years' HR Generalist level experience in interpreting and applying policy and procedure.• 3 years’ experience work place investigation experience • 6 years' experience in lieu of a degree• Strong influencing skills with proven success in influencing employees at all levels of the organization in a consultative methodology• Partner and work with remote locations• Communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure and difficult situations• Proven experience in HR, including leading teams, performance management, compliance, leave of absence and disability accommodations• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information• Interpersonal and organization consulting, delivery and facilitation skills• PHR/SPHR preferred NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
