DescriptionAt Nike we see our Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. As a Merch Ops & Readiness Coordinator for Nike’s North America Nike.com Operations you will be focused on supporting seasonal product readiness. You will focus on overall process alignment across teams and functions to support accuracy within multiple systems. Additionally, you will help support the digital vision and roadmap, driving scalability and efficiency to deliver short and long-term goals. The role will serve as a key enabler for the aggressive growth in digital commerce.Responsibilities include oversight of end-to-end site operations, collaboration with other operations teams, merchandising, planning, brand, consumer services and supply chain to deliver key moments and seasonal assortments to our consumer. A few examples of your areas of potential impact include topics as diverse as: •Drive the seasonal product readiness process, support product catalog accuracy and facilitate seasonal hind-sighting. •Pre-season and in-season management of product catalog across multiple systems and databases.•Coordinate process alignment for key partners (Merchandising, Planning, Site Merchandising, Supply Chain & Operations)•Assist in the development, documentation and education of readiness tools and processes for Nike digital commerce teams. •Support in-season operations in relation to markdowns and promotional events. •Support end-to-end site quality monitoring in partnership with digital production teams.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Communications•A minimum of 3-5 years' experience within retail, e-commerce, digital or a related area•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including status updates, business recaps and shared knowledge across teams•Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives•Strong Attention to detail with the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task•Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment•Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group•Periodically be available at odd hours to support specific initiative-, product- or retail-related activations NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
