DescriptionAs an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist at Nike, you'll investigate, resolve, or escalate complex workplace issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in order to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance. You will be focused on supporting Nike’s growing North America Nike Direct population (Retail.) You'll advise and consult with management and employees on employee policies, performance management (corrective action), and issue resolution. As a Champion of Nike’s culture, you will deliver a premium experience to the employees and managers you support during difficult situations.Qualifications•         3 years' varied/progressive HR experience•         Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial   Relations or a related field•         4 years' experience in lieu of a degree•         Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred•         Fluency and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.•         Prior retail industry and/or previous HR/ER experience strongly preferred•         Strong consultancy (negotiation and influencing skills, ability to influence and drive positive change) needed for consensus building•         Outstanding organizational skills; including the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, as well as multi-task in a fast paced environment.•         Strong sense of confidentiality is a must•         Excellent problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision-making skills•         Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel proficiency•         Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
