DescriptionAs a Product Director at Nike, you will lead the creation, improvement, and growth of world-class digital experiences. You will help define and execute the product vision and strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, and help identify market opportunities. You will define and execute a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a strong understanding of search engine optimization, consumer needs, data analysis, and insights. Your focus will be organic traffic growth strategies leveraging content, organic link building, technical SEO platform improvements, and partner site integration points. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear product vision to both business and technical partners.Your role will include:• Build a center of excellence around organic growth strategies for Nike digital properties• Continually monitor industry trends and identify new digital opportunities to fill product gaps that drive growth.• Manage 3rd party SEO agency resources leveraged to help identify and execute organic growth opportunities• Build, lead, and coach a team of direct reports focused on SEO.• Monitor product for all defined KPI’s to ensure best in class SEO optimization • Build a roadmap and prioritize based on business growth models. Manage successful implementation and execution of organic traffic growth priorities.• Complete opportunity assessments in a quick-to-market agile environment. Including, but not limited to: synthesizing business requirements, identifying areas of uncertainty, and recommending solutions.• Complete ROI models & measure financial business cases for new enhancement requests based on metrics for success.• Work across teams and projects to synchronize and manage deliverables.• Negotiate and resolve problems and escalate as required.• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams.Qualifications• Passion for SEO while working in a fast pace agile digital environment is a must!• 7-10 years of relevant product management experience with proven track record of delivering successful digital experiences and SEO improvements.• 2+ years of product management in SEO with proven track record• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies• Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of KPI’s and financial models to recognize a practical solution over the complicated.• Superior relationship-building with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership, communication and negotiating skills.• Direct experience with building and leading a team.• Experience with agile development methodology.• High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines.• Highly motivated to be self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision.• Experience conceptualizing, evaluating, and negotiating 3rd party strategic partnerships.• Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail• Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends• History of making challenging tradeoffs in establishing product priorities that have required sophisticated analyses and challenging negotiations.
