We are working towards creating future of planning processes for Nike which will enable Nike to sense and shape consumer demand while adapting to in-season market trends. You’ll be part of Demand Supply Management (DSM) technology team focusing on the NA Geography.
We are looking for Technology Director to join our team who’s passionate about creating future, while thinking outside the box as we build technology solutions to support NIKE’s aggressive growth over coming years. Someone with experience working in a SAFe/Agile environment, who’s focus will be to build a strong partnership with our Business Capability leads and Stakeholders to deliver right solution with the highest quality.
ResponsibilitiesGEO Business RelationshipsCommunicate and align DSM Vision and Product Roadmaps with North America (NA) DSM Leadership
Be the voice of technology for NA DSM
Understand NA needs for tool and process improvements while holding DSM technology accountable to meeting those needs
Build a strong and effective partnership with NA Center of Excellence (COE)
Ensure prioritization of NA needs are part of in Global COE intake process
Provide input and direction for CSR/Budget activities
GEO Technology Relationships
Provide line of sight issues and scope to Global product teams of NA requirements
Ensure Global product team roadmaps align to Global and GEO strategies
Participate in quarterly planning activities to show how progress will add value to NA
Influence and leverage Data and Analytics roadmaps
Ensure cross functional impacts within and outside of DSM are addressed
Partner with NA technology team
Share and influence intake and prioritization of DSM projects across NA
Partner with Supply Chain and other functions to ensure aligned solutions for NA

QualificationsAbility to engage with senior technology and business leaders on strategy as well as drive clarity and closure to high profile, high tension situations
Leadership Excellence regarding team management and organizational evolution, strategic planning, financial planning and budget management, and vendor management
Proven experience efficiently and seamlessly leveraging external partners in global operating models
Ability to engage and integrate with major development initiatives
Expert influencing skills and ability to gather alignment to organizational strategies
Ability to leverage resources to effectively translate business objectives into strategic business plans
Highly skilled in conflict resolution, collaboration, and high-profile decision making
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
10 years’ experience in IT, business, or a related field
