DescriptionAs our Facilities Coordinator, you will analyze the utilization and improvement of the project intake process used to schedule Facility Projects that provide space, equipment, and facilities. You will assist in all scheduling phases of equipment, facilities, and modifications to buildings from design concepts through implementation. You will also ensure project requirements are defined and operating budgets are tracked. You will act as the primary contact for facilities inquiries, equipment installation, and project activities while supporting project reviews of cost, schedule, and performance. Additionally, you will monitor milestones and adherence to masterplans, budgets, and schedules. Identifying problems and helping to develop solutions, such as allocation of resources or adjusting project scope. 
Full time responsibilities
Building Forklift support
Handle fork lift servicing
In charge of handling building recycling – metal/wood/e-waste disposal
Monitor and own shredder room
General shop cleaning/organization
PPE monitoring
Get all machines safety procedures and warning signs labeled and posted, LOTO procedure posted, list of approved users, maintenance schedule
Bay owner for bays without an owner – machine scheduling
Other program support – if time allows
Maintenance support if needed
Member of safety team
Handle action items from safety walkthrough

QualificationsBachelor's degree or an additional 2 years' experience 
Strong PC and administrative skills required 
Experience with a facilities management program a plus 
Must be able to work well in a team atmosphere 
Must be able to communicate quickly and efficiently 
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision 
Must be able to make quick decisions 
Must have acute attention to detail 
Must have excellent organization skills
