The team constantly defines the new frontier of retail and creates the most inspiring and engaging consumer experiences in the industry.As our Digital Business Intern you'll work with digital business leadership to build, integrate and accelerate digital commerce aligned to Nike’s global growth targets. You will work across Nike categories and digital functions to execute elements of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce strategy. In addition, you will lead/manage one or more special project workstreams to help identify and evaluate digital business opportunities and create a plan of action to pursue them. QualificationsBachelors degree and currently pursuing an MBA or advanced degree with expected graduation date of Fall 2019 or Spring 2020
At least 3 years total experience in digital commerce, business development, strategic planning, merchandising, retail, brand marketing, digital platforms/channels
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models.
Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research/data related to digital business performance, consumers, competitors
Problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills. 
Technical corporate finance and valuation skills. 
Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
Experience with presenting and influencing senior leadership. 
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. 
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, to operate with a high degree of ambiguity.
