DescriptionAs a Senior Internal Recruiter builds and champions the future of NIKE’s talent strategy with the employee at the center, it is a critical position within the talent organization at Nike. Ensures feedback is a focus – develop a culture for internal recruitment that provides timely, useful feedback so candidates can continue to develop in their careers at Nike. Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred (5 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree)• 5 years progressive recruitment experiences• Experience mentoring and developing recruiter capabilities • Ability to analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting to identify trends and provide data-inspired recommendations guide decision-making related to sourcing/recruitment strategies and goals• Experience using innovative ways to attract talent, including talent sourcing.• Excellent written/verbal interpersonal skills• Detail-oriented, and ability to creatively seek viable solutions to different situations.• High degree of organizational awareness and ability to work across and leverage matrix relationships• Demonstrable experience building and leveraging business partnerships that drive results• High degree of independent decision making and problem-solving capabilities• Ability to facilitate meetings and give presentations to senior management• Strong talent assessment and/or career coaching skills with a focus on collaborating with the business on talent decisions• Ability to be innovative and offer up creative solutions to changing business needs• Proven influence skills and ability to work across a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders• High degree of resource efficiency NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
