Digital Director Job in Beaverton, VT

Will lead, partner and consult with technology teams to provide a blend of business and technology expertise to the need analysis, scope definition, recommendation, selection, and implementation of technology platforms and applications in Beaverton, OR. Will help define technical possibility and feasibility in the context of framing contributions to employee experience. Will manage system administration and support for all learning and content management platforms. Will lead the iteration and innovation of learning and content management platform development in an Agile (SAFe) environment coupled with Service Design. Will shape learning and content vision, strategies, and delivery roadmaps. Will work closely with stakeholders and teammates to develop and deliver strategically-aligned, employee-centric solutions that define the learning and development experience. Will manage relationships with a variety of internal teams and external vendors to support decisions and activities in the areas of platform architecture, software configuration, database management, integration with other platforms, and reporting. Will lead and manage teams working on the technologies behind content management system and learning management system, including HTML, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON. Will utilize custom front-end development and database development aligned to long-term strategies and needs. Will develop enterprise tools and workflows, and technical support and response engineering experience to produce high-level design and development solutions for intranet websites by utilizing web development technologies. Will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. Will create and maintain process, system, and design documentation. Will create, update, and maintain web solutions, reporting systems, and associated content and keeping information current and fresh. Will lead the efforts to add new functionality and features as appropriate and for managing issues from site visitors. Will train and educate internal partners to use technology functions and key features. Will design and help teams implement informative and analytical reporting solutions that provide advanced report capabilities. Will directly supervise three to five subordinates. Will engage in 10 percent or less domestic and international travel. QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or information technology. Experience: 1 year of experience in Web technologies. Skills/Requirements: 1 year of experience: (1) utilizing SAFe Agile methodology; (2) web technologies, including Drupal, Moodle, and PHP; (3) Amazon Web Services; (4) server administration, including using Apache and Redhat; (5) engaging in server maintenance, including reviewing configurations and performance to ensure accuracy; (6) system integration to ensure that systems work appropriately and remain secure; (7) vendor management; (8) designing and generating reports customized to internal business needs; and (9) project management.
