DescriptionAs the Global Retail Brand Manager for the Specialty Categories of SB, NikeCourt, and Golf, you will be responsible for the development and execution of visionary retail storytelling and store experiences.  You will collaborate with partners across the three categories, brand marketing, digital brand, editorial, visual merchandising, and retail concepts, among others, to develop omni-channel marketing plans and strategies that connect sport, innovation, and youth culture.  You will drive global seasonal plans to power and inspire the geographies and cities with best-in-class tools and strategies to fuel Nike Direct Stores and their markets.  You will relentlessly obsess consumers and move at their pace to deliver Nike Retail stories and in-real-life experiences that build their relationship with the Nike brand.  You’ll be a critical member of a cross-functional team of retail experts charged with pushing the future of Nike Retail forward, and inspiring and enabling consumers to live and play sport. Qualifications5-7 years within Retail Brand, Retail Marketing, or Visual Merchandising.
Passion for the physical and digital Retail industry and the drive to create its’ future.
Must love storytelling and have a passion for skateboarding, sport, youth culture, product, and a curiosity for what’s trending in the world of retail.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising or related degree
Able to envision and craft a consumer journey or plan a retail space or environment with minimal direction and think multi-faceted with the components of the plans.
Strong understanding of global and geography consumers and how to use insights and data to make decisions.
Strong business acumen, time management skills and ability to work cross-functionally towards simultaneous deadlines
Copywriting and editing skills are a plus as is the ability to create directives and deliver inspirational direction.
Computer Skills: Keynote, InDesign, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
