DescriptionThe Project Manager will plan and track the project deliverables, communicate with stakeholders, guide the teams working on joint solutions, and ensure the Design milestones are met.  They must have a comprehensive understanding of the goals and objectives of each assigned project.   He/she will be the point person for each project from inception through Drawing Pack completion and will continue to address any Design concerns throughout the construction process.  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive multiple project teams to successful outcomes (i.e.: Territory and Geo cross functional teams, external architects and/or agencies) while balancing expectations of multiple stakeholders
Collaborate and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout pre-Design and Design process
Drive Geo consistency among dimensions by developing manuals and confirming samples/specs
Creates and maintains project folder on BOX that will be used for project duration by all functions
Schedules and leads project Design meetings with appropriate team members
Anticipates and responds quickly to risks and changes in project scope by either making decision or escalating issue
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across NSO, NFS and NSP
Develop review/feedback processes that ensure all cross functional input is received and addressed
Contribute as a positive team player by always looking for Nike Frist solutions while recognizing others for their contributions
Build partnerships across organizational, departmental and Geo/Territorial boundaries with the ability to manage vendors and contractual agreements
Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver results
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Business preferred
6+ years’ experience in Project or Program Management (or 3+ with a PMP or other certification)
Previous retail Design/Construction experience necessary
Global experience a strong plus
A passion to deliver world class experiences and products to all athletes*
Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
Disposition towards building relationships and leveraging partnerships to navigate complex organizational challenges
Demonstrated ability to market your ideas and persuasively move others to action
Experience working with multiple cross functional teams in delivering numerous projects each year in varying size
Extensive project management experience - develop and manage schedules, scope, budgets and resource/vendor plans 
Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, ambiguous, results-oriented environment
