DescriptionAs a Jersey PCC developer, you will be joining NIKE’s Apparel PCC (Product Creation Center) community. You will be responsible for executing the development and on time commercialization of retail jerseys for NFL, NCAA and NBA. You will collaborate with Product Management, Technical Development and Design to review and understand product components, details and end use. You will communicate with factories, liaison offices, product team members and others to ensure a smooth product development process. You will drive a disciplined product creation process by creating and maintaining garment BOM’s, meeting style buy ready requirement and adhering to the seasonal calendars. You will use your knowledge of apparel construction, material construction, trim development and graphic applications to troubleshoot challenges and create premium product for our athletes. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Apparel/Textile Design, Technology, Merchandising, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant apparel or textile work experience (2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree) 
Understanding of the product creation process from inception through production 
Knowledge of apparel construction, material construction, costing, pattern making, various graphic application including embroidery, laser cut, sublimation and screen-printing 
Knowledge of garment fit and the ability to instruct a manufacturer on necessary changes to a pattern to influence the fit 
Ability to read product specs and understand relationships 
Ability to interpret design intent and offer alternative solutions 
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with a diverse group of people
Ability to network and utilize internal and external resources
Demonstrated product development and project management skills
Demonstrated skill in problem solving and results orientation.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate and present clear and concise information
Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
