In Product Creation we build and manage the systems used by Nike to design and manufacture our products. We are looking for world-class talent like you to contribute to this journey.As our Service Delivery Analyst, your role on the team will include ensuring our teams are following guidelines and requirements for SOX evidencing and ITGC process execution. You will review procedures and look for improvement opportunities as well as coach other teams in their execution. You will look for opportunities to automate evidence capture to accelerate reviews. You will assist in reporting and analytics with the Support and Operations team to improve service delivery to our customers and technology partners. You will help improve processes, guidelines, and communications between the teams. You will help keep our critical systems available for our usersWe're looking for someone who has clearly demonstrated skills and experience, since your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:•Utilize your understanding of ITGC’s (IT General Controls) to ensure compliance for Product Creation applications •Follow control design and control operations related in support of compliance requirements.•Own the annual control validation process (Self- Assessment, Report of Compliance) for Product Creation systems •Partner with the Product Engine SOX Lead to implement Nike’s comprehensive compliance controls program.•Understand ITIL Service Delivery conceptsQualifications•1 + years of IT Audit, internal Audit, and/or IT compliance history •Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices for Service Delivery frameworks •Knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., PCI DSS, COBIT, COSO, NIST and ISO 27000).•Excellent collaboration skills – must be eager to work as part of a cohesive team and work as a partner to others within Nike, Inc. both at WHQ and globally.•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.•Bachelor's degree in Business Information Management, Information Security, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting. •SAFE, ITIL, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM certifications are beneficial.•Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understanding of SOX value to the business.
