DescriptionWill lead teams to determine requirements and management methods, including use cases, user stories, customer journeys, and story boards in Beaverton, OR. Will lead warehouse operations personnel and other facilities and departments to gather and document system requirements. Will determine forms of requirements, including functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, and technical. Will work in an Agile solution delivery environment. Will participate in full life-cycle Warehouse Management System solution delivery projects. Will design and lead requirement elicitation sessions for the use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, task, and workflow analysis. Will design and document technical specifications for warehouse management solutions. Will create and document business requirements. Will architect solutions and lead the delivery of warehouse solutions, development, and implementation. Will directly supervise five to seven people. Will engage in 10 percent domestic and international travel. QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology. Experience: seven years of experience in business analysis,. Skills/Requirements: 5 years of experience (1) stakeholder management of warehouse management solutions, (2) building reports for warehouse management, (3) Manhattan Warehouse Management Solutions, (4) Oracle Warehouse Management Solutions, (5) Oracle as a database, (6) supply chain intelligence, including using Cognos, (7) using PL / SQL as a language, and (7) Agile / CMM processes as applied to warehouse management.
