DescriptionWill bring together technology and process expertise to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions that enable the design and development of core products in Beaverton, OR. Will create, develop, and automate a cloud self-service platform that allows teams to focus on seamless, tailored and inherently adaptable solutions. Will analyze, design, develop, and deploy large scale enterprise level process automation workflows. Will provide technical leadership in the evaluation, conceptualization, design, and development of major new capabilities of workflow automation. Will develop tools and frameworks to improve reusability, security, reliability, maintainability, and performance for the technology foundation of workflow automation platform. Will leverage agile methodology concepts for delivery and continuous improvement. Will engage in project planning, scheduling, and budget and finance planning to assess the resource requirements and deliverables timelines. Will utilize SAP ERP to better design the end to end automated workflows. Will work with SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. Will plan, manage, and execute large scale enterprise deployments. Will use operations management tools, including JIRA, and ServiceNow for tracking internal and external tickets and escalations. Will troubleshoot and debug enterprise applications connecting multiple systems across the ecosystem. Will directly supervise three to five subordinates. Will engage in ten percent domestic and international travel. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering, computer science, or computer information systems. Experience: six years of overall progressive information technology experience. Skills/Requirements: 6 years of experience: : (1) managing an offshore team, (2) gathering business requirements and creating a workflow plan based upon requirements, (3) utilizing work flow and configuration management tools, (4) database analytical tools, (5) SQL, (6) project management, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources, and (7) ERP systems, including SAP.
