DescriptionAs our Nike Stores Owned (NSO) Finance Director, you will lead all financial activities related to the Direct to Consumer Nike Stores business. You will be a critical member of the NSO Leadership Team to advance the long-term strategic agenda for NSO, and to drive sustainable, profitable growth. You will help set the Financial strategy for our new fleet of Concept doors, that will connect and engage our Consumers across our Physical and Digital Retail portfolio. You will manage a team of Financial Managers and Analysts to develop, review, and consolidate long term financial plans, real estate investments, and monthly deliverables. You will standardize and improve processes, and share best practices that drive sustainable improvements and actionable results. You will provide Senior Management with recommendations and input on key financial and performance metrics that optimize short and long-term goals and support strategic initiatives. You will help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and strategic problems, and to catalyze action against these priorities through strategic and long-range business planning and performance management. You will lead the interpretation and review of financial results with business partners, including trends, issues, and opportunities in order to drive actionable responses. Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field •MBA, CPA or CMA is strongly preferred •8+ years' experience in financial reporting, financial planning, strategic planning and annual budgeting •Experience in a Fortune 500 consumer products or other multi-national firm is preferred •Attention to detail in the development of management quality reporting and analytics for executive-level personnel •Ability to work collaboratively within a large organization•Team and Project Management experience •Proven strong financial analysis skills; technical corporate finance, accounting, and valuation skills •Superior written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate and present to senior management (PowerPoint proficient) •Strong proficiency with financial analysis tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel •Experience with SAP (COPA, BW, ECCS) is required •Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills •Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or financial planning and analysis at a large corporation is a plus •Ability to pass a 7 year background check NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
