DescriptionResponsible for driving integrated omni-channel seasonal marketing for Nike Factory Stores, focused on creating awareness and retention, inspiring consumers and serving members. Factory Stores are the hub of the community in which they live. They provide access to Nike products, services and experiences that allow us to personally connect with our consumers and help them achieve their goals. This person is a global connector of best-in-class retail experiences and services that ultimately inspire and serve our Factory Store consumers around the world. RESPONSIBILITIES•Develop and drive stores marketing strategies that drive quality traffic to Nike Factory Stores and engages, inspires and serves members.•Drive integrated, omni-channel seasonal marketing for Nike Factory Stores, focused on creating awareness and retention, inspiring consumers and serving members.•Develop and drive the membership proposition and benefits for stores in partnership with global membership team.•Partner with Stores Experience Factory team to define the holistic in-store journey.•Activate channel-right Brand Defining, Category Defining & Editorial moments by leading the programming of seasonal experiences and activation marketing and driving traffic through targeted communications.•Primary point of contact for geography stores marketing partners for Nike Factory Stores.•Inspire, empower & serve Geo with strategies, tools and guidance focused on enabling flawless execution for Nike Direct priorities.•Proactively partner to capture & apply consumer first, data driven retail insights.•Probe and mine capabilities and foster a test and learn mindset that informs future strategies. •Lead and drive global best practices and standards. Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Communications, Merchandising, etc.)•5 - 7 years work experience in brand or retail marketing•2 additional years required in lieu of a degree•Affinity for sport, fashion and retail•Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed•High-level thinker with strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence•In-depth knowledge of the Global Marketplace with an understanding of the competitive market, consumers and retail trends•Capable of understanding challenges or underlying concerns and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management•Prior management experience leading projects and a team•Strong people skills and collaborative spirit•Prior experience in the fashion or sportswear industry•Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation•Multi-tasking capabilities, with ability to project manage and/or work on a variety of different projects and work streams at one time NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
